This project concerns the refurbishment of an appartment situated at one of the tallest buildings in Athens
and its transformation into a medical office with adjacent living space. The main aim of the study was to create a bidirectional relationship
between the living space, which requires privateness and the office space for the patients. This separation
is achieved through the waiting area that performs as an intermediate space that fissions the living space from the medical office.
The selection of furniture and colors was made in cooperation with the owner for the creation of a mild conservative touch, which
is based on "luxurious" simplicity. The purpose of this choice was so that the decoration and the furniture of the interior space
do not distract from the wonderful view of the city of Athens that unfolds tto every part of the horizon.
